The Tommy Armstrong Centre is located on the pedestrian only access path along from Homebase and The old Clifford Centre Market.  Free public car parks are situated beside Kwiksave, Homebase etc.  The Tommy Armstrong Centre may also be accessed by foot from the Central Car Park.
