Welcome to the Derwentside Council for Voluntary Service (DCVS) and Volunteer Bureau (DVB) website. We are a registered charity which provides support, advice and information to local voluntary organisations and community groups.
The DCVS deals with funding and advice to local voluntary organizations and community groups.
The DVB, now an accredited Volunteer Centre, helps with all aspects of volunteering and working with volunteers.

In the downloads section you can access and download forms and other documents which we hope you will find helpful.
Please join in, become a CVS member, its free! Ask for us to get you some new volunteers or register your existing ones. If you want to volunteer come in and see what we have available. Send us information about what is happening with your group and e mail us your articles and events so we can make this your website too.
